Wedding Requirements:
- Passports
- Original and certified copies of birth certificates
- Special marriage license (obtained from the Ministry of Justice in Antigua, US$150)
- Affidavit, obtained in Antigua, stating that both parties are single and free to marry.
- Original divorce decree (if one of the parties in a divorcee)
- Original death and marriage certificate (in the case of a widow or widower)
- If under 18 years of age, parents’ written consent in the form of an affidavit by a notary public.
- Residency of three working days prior to the ceremony.
- Documents not in English, must be translated and stamped by the court.
